Performance and Contract Management Associate, Systems of Care

Coordinated Care Services Inc (CCSI) is seeking a Performance and Contract Management Associate who will be responsible for designing, building, implementing, and supervising a database of community base programs, and assisting in the oversight of performance and contract metrics. The position requires the ability to manage the uncertainty of a transitioning behavioral health industry while identifying and communicating tangible priorities. The Performance and Contract Management Associate will also be tasked with the identification, collection, analysis, and management of information related to the behavioral health service delivery system of Broome County. As the Performance and Contract Management Associate, you will be employed by Coordinated Care Services Inc (CCSI), you would collaborate with the Broome County Mental Health Department to deliver important programs and services to the Broome County Mental Health Department Systems of Care.

In your role as a Performance and Contract Management Associate, you will be

• Identifying, collecting, and performing analysis of data from a variety of proprietary and public platforms.
• Implementing reporting dashboards that track System of Care metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Designing, implementing and utilizing digital formats for internal and external interfaces to streamline referral information, data management, and outcome measures.
• Developing and managing protocols for access to, and oversight of, high-level mental health service process(es).
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining a system for tracking referrals, service slots, availability, and utilization.
• Designing and implementing monitoring protocol to ensure appropriate utilization management and utilization review procedures are in place.
• Completing data requests made by the Broome County Mental Health Department BCMHD/Local Government Unit (LGU) by community providers.
• Conducting other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum five (5) years of relevant work experience related to the provision of mental hygiene services, data collection and analysis, and/or program development OR equivalent education/certification and work experience (see CCSI's equivalency chart).

Additional Requirements

• Ability to satisfactorily complete required Broome County Security background screenings.
