This role can be based 100% remotely.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The People Services Coordinator (PSC) is responsible for performing advanced, specialized, and administrative duties in the Human Resources area. The PSC will ensure that processes and HR system data integrity related responsibilities are carried out in accordance with internal and regulatory procedures and controls. As a front-line point of contact the PSC ensures and exemplary level of service to our team members, managers, as well as internal and external HR partners. The PSC is an experienced individual who enjoys customer service and have a passion for organization, numbers, and continuous improvement to streamline operations by leveraging the use of technology.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • A clear understanding and comfortable with tools and technology systems for Human Resources.
  • Responsible for Benefit/Wellness Support & Backup (Unemployment, COBRA, Invoice Reconciliation, Wellness Program).
  • Confident in managing the full lifecycle of new hires onboarding experience, to include development, maintenance, and continual improvement of the onboarding process.
  • Confident in managing the separation cycle of terminated offboarding process.
  • An expert with data who can manage insights from numerous tools while ensuring data integrity across all systems.
  • Responsible for maintenance & processing of all Human Resources related documentation including regulatory, audit, and team member record-keeping (both electronic and physical records).
  • Responsible for Payroll Support & Backup (payroll data entry, payroll auditing, review of records, submission of electronic files, to ensure regulatory compliance).
  • Primary contact for support for team members for Benefit Questions.
  • Data entry to support team members record updates for changes not supported by self-service-initiated workflows.
  • Support in the creation and extraction of HR system reports and data imports.
  • Participate in the development of learning tools and resources to support team members and manager use of HR System.
  • Completion of verification of employment (VOE) requests.
  • Participates in scheduled audits and review of HR systems data integrity audits.
  • Support all areas of the Team including Benefits/Wellness, Payroll, Orientation, Reporting, and other special projects.

EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong Organizational, time management skills and the ability to self-organize.
  • Highly detail oriented, meticulous, and creative.
  • General knowledge of customer service tools and workflows.
  • 2-4 years of administrative experience working with HRIS or HRMS.
