Payroll Processor

Ford Restaurant Group is a restaurant management company currently operating 63 company-owned and franchise restaurants throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, and Florida. The concepts include Rudy’s “Country Store” and Bar-B-Q, Ozona Grill & Bar, The League, Tony C’s Pizza, and Mighty Fine Burgers.

The payroll processor position will process bi-weekly payrolls using UKG software for multiple companies and assigned restaurants. You must be highly organized, able to manage several payrolls at one time, manage a fast-paced environment and work within required deadlines.

GENERAL DUTIES INCLUDE:

· Prepare, process, and review bi-weekly payrolls for assigned restaurants and multiple FEINs

· Process monthly manager bonuses for assigned restaurants

· Process off cycle payroll including returns, adjustments, and terminations

· Ensure proper processing of payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, charitable contributions, and other deductions

· Research and correct on a timely basis all payroll adjustments

· Maintain employee data base

· Support restaurant managers in resolving payroll issues

· Maintains confidentiality of the information processed and informs supervisor of problems as necessary

· Must maintain courteous, professional, and effective working relationships with staff members at all levels of the organization

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

· High degree of understanding the payroll process with 2-5 years of experience, business degree a plus

· Knowledge of UKG Software a plus

· Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook

· Excellent organization, written and verbal communication skills

· Successful experience working autonomously as well as within a dynamic team
