Job Requirements

Successful candidates must possess:

• Strong working knowledge of payroll, and issuing pay and pay-related information to employees.
• Ability to collect timekeeping information, incorporate deductions, and perform routine accounting work in AP functions.
• Ensure that personnel/payroll functions are carried out promptly for efficient operation.
• Assist in the establishment of an adequate filing system.
• Working knowledge of employee benefits such as FMLA.
• Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interesr, and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the facility.
• Ability to interact tactfully with staff, and government agencies, achieving customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle routine office transactions.
• A Strong understanding and familiarity with computer systems and MS Windows
• A strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
