Payable Utility Specialist Houston TX $21/hr
Must maintain payables accuracy, limit exposure, strengthen accounting compliance requirements and streamline processes. You will join a team of hard-working Accounts Payable personnel, with a goal to continuously facilitate communication between the staff and business unit operational staff.
Qualifications:
1. Performs general clerical duties including word processing, spreadsheet preparation and data base maintenance.
2. Maintains internal and external work orders.
3. Coordinates communication between departments and customers.
4. May be required to assemble data books.
Prepares certification documents.
5. Maintains and ensures the confidentiality of facility records including but not limited to: human resources, accounts payable, accounts receivable and quality assurance.
6. May be required to answer phones or periodically provide back-up to a receptionist.
7. Must be able to communicate in English (both written and oral) as it relates to the job.
8. Within the scope of the job requirements, will be required to adhere and comply with state and federal law and company policy.
9. May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
