Our physicians are invested in our team and helping to foster your career and clinical growth and understanding. This position is currently located at our Main Campus in Burlington, and does NOT require evening or weekend hours.
SIGN ON BONUS: $5,000
External candidates who have not worked within the network in the past year are eligible for a hiring bonus of $5,000. The bonus will be paid out as a $2,000 gross pay adjustment following the completion of successful 90-day orientation; the second installment of $3,000 will be paid upon completion of one year (2,080 hours) of service in the department hired into. Amounts reflect gross pay, prior to applicable tax withholdings and deductions required by law.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Patient Service Specialist is an integral part of the patient experience and a key contributor to delivering high quality customer service to our patients and visitors that is caring, consistent and reliable. The incumbent provides administrative support in the clinic setting to patients and families, members of the care team and administrative leaders to ensure the smooth operation of the medical office.
EDUCATION:
H.S. diploma or equivalent required; Coursework in administrative or medical sciences preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Proven customer service experience required. Experience in a clinical and/or administrative setting preferred.
