The Resource Pool is looking for a night shift Patient Companion's to join the team! The Patient Companion supports the patient and professional clinical staff by providing direct observation of a specific patient as assigned by the RN.

Responsibilities
The Resource Pool is looking for a night shift Patient Companion's to join the team! The Patient Companion supports the patient and professional clinical staff by providing direct observation of a specific patient as assigned by the RN.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain constant observation of the patient at all times.
- Provide 1:1 care. Assist with routine activities of daily living. Able to provide clear communication with patient, family, and healthcare team.
- Record all activities on the observation sheet for the nurse. This is to be included in the medical record and used by the nurse to summarize the events of the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
