Our organization is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team and provide exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have experience in the medical or dental field, be organized and detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing patient records, providing patient education, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor patient care and ensure that all services are provided in a timely manner.
- Friendly, outgoing personality, with the ability to keep the schedule on track
- Ability to multi-task and respond positively and quickly to changes in the schedule
- Ability to manage the daily schedule to ensure the maximum potential of the team.
- Excellent communication skills with strict attention to detail.
- Excellent phone personality with the ablity to answer calls, schedule patients effectively, and follow up with patients in need of treatment.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and other administrative tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
