Preferred Education: Southern Baptist Seminary Degree or Equivalent

• Prescribe beliefs according to the Baptist Faith and Message.
• Engage with members of the church and community, providing outreach of the Gospel.
• Be able to relate and minister to a wide range of age groups
• Inspire church members to serve and lead and grow church ministries .
• Effectively delegate the administrative functions within the church.
• Actively seek and execute where delegation is not feasible or effective.

First Baptist Church, Ringwood, Oklahoma is seeking a pastor to lead this small town church to be a dynamic ministry in the community. Our church is active in mission work both local and abroad. We have partnerships with churches and organizations to make mission trips easy and affordable. Children's Ministry is a important to the church. We devote much of our resources and time to Children and Youth Ministries. Residing in a small community allows us to develop deep personal relationships that are more than just acquaintances. Ringwood is a small farming and oil field community of approximately 450 people where everyone feels welcome. With class sizes of 25 to 30, our school offers very individualized teaching and ranks very highly in Oklahoma among school systems. Enid is close by where there are many dining and shopping opportunities offered by larger cities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
