ABOUT THE ROLE
Trojan Battery Company is looking for a driven and thorough person for the Pasting Operator role. (3rd shift)
Trojan Battery Company is looking for a driven and thorough person for the Pasting Operator role. (3rd shift)
Your role as the Pasting Operator will include applying the appropriate paste to grids, creating plates that help our world class batteries hold its charge. You will be loading raw materials into machines, manually on/off bear materials from/to machines and perform visual inspections for quality and quantity.
As the Pasting Operator, you will be committed to performing your role safely and have the ability to wear all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), including a respirator. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma, GED or greater required.
- 2-3 years’ manufacturing/plant experience with a strong and consistent work history.
- Basic English proficiency to interpret work and apply safety instructions.
- Basic math proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
