Parts Shipping & Receiving Clerk Responsibilities:
- Receive shipments and distribute to correct departments
- Verify information against invoices, orders and other records
- Check daily stock orders
- Unpack and examine incoming shipments and correspond with shipper to rectify damages and shortages
- Ensure that outgoing shipments meet specifications
- Maintain a clear and thorough record of all shipments
- Support parts department staff
- Lifting, bending, twisting, turning involved
Parts Shipping & Receiving Clerk:
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Must be willing to submit to background check
