Parts Sales Trainee to assist with commercial vehicle parts sales to retail customers inside our
Jackson, MS location.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Parts support to retail customers
- Participate in company training programs for career development
- Maintain front counter retail displays
- Assist with other parts initiatives as needed
- Load and unload inbound freight
- Verify each piece of freight shipped or received
- Sort and locate each part and place in proper warehouse location
- Deliver parts to service department as required
- Drive delivery and pick-up in surrounding areas
- Ship freight/parts using various carriers
- Maintain inventory cleanliness, accuracy, and organization
- Valid driver’s license required
- Education - High School Diploma or GED is preferred
- Experience - No experience required, but previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is a great advantage
- Must be able to lift weights up to 65 pounds repeatedly over the course of an 8 - 10 hour shift
- Must be available to work business hours Monday through Friday with some possible weekends
- Willing and able to work Saturdays
- Basic understanding of computers and computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based programs
- Automotive or Commercial Truck parts experience preferred
- Aftermarket experience a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills
- Must be detail oriented, organized, and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Must be self-motivated and able to work well within a team environment
