Parts Representative Job at Gregg Staffing Solutions
Our client, located in Burgettstown, is hiring a Parts Representative/Parts Analyst person for a temp to hire opportunity.Monday - Friday 8: 30AM - 5PMPay $23-25/hr.
Parts Representative Duties:
* Heavy phone usage with company clients/dealers in providing support for parts quotes.* Determine needs and parts based on client requests.* Provide quotes to clients via email.* Interact with plant personnel to streamline order process.* Interact w sales staff to determine best quote based on parts needed.* Complete orders efficiently and in a timely manner.* Take calls from Field Service personnel to assist w quotes of parts.* Update parts pricing, tools required, provide drawings for each request.* Assist in tracking monthly sales.
Parts Representative Qualifications:
* Must have very good interpersonal skills.* Must have good phone etiquette.* Should be well versed with computers.* Previous inventory/parts experience.* Must have excellent attention to detail.* Must be willing to work flexible hours when required.* Must submit to a drug test and background check prior to beginning employment.* Steel toed boots required.
