Stepping Stone School For Exceptional Children, Inc. Alma, AR 72921
Stepping Stone School in Alma is looking for transportation driver and riders to transport our therapeutic preschool with children and adults with developmental disabilities.
Split shift: 6:00 am - 8 am & 3 pm - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday.
We are seeking applicants who can work well independently and as part of a team and those who are interested in working for a company that provides opportunities for professional growth and development.
We provide all of the necessary training for our staff to be successful in the field including but not limited to CPR, 1st Aid, and behavioral safety training.
Must ensure the safety and well-being of each child by responding to their emotional, social, and physical needs as well as their educational needs while doing daily documentation of individual learning for each student in your care.
Must possess a strong work ethic, be punctual, and have minimal absences.
Qualifications are 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.
Must submit to various background checks including those completed through the Department of Human Services, Arkansas State Police, and FBI as well as regular drug tests.
CPR and First Aid Certified (will certify if hired)
All interested applicants must complete an application and must be able to pass a drug test, criminal and maltreatment background checks.

- High School Diploma or GED (verified from educational institution) OR 2 years verifiable experience working with Intellectual and/or developmental disabled individuals
