We currently need someone to supervise our bookkeepers and be the main point of contact for our customers. Here are the main tasks of the position -

• Email customers monthly financials with insights about how the business is doing and things that can be improved.
• Zoom calls with customers to review financials
• Perform variance analysis and update monthly forecasts
• Handle all finance aspects of running the business of our customers

We are looking for fun, smart and nice people that have the following experience -

• Great forecasting and excel modeling skills
• Problem solve issues in books - payroll, invoicing credits, hard reconciliations, etc.
• Interest and willingness to learn some bookkeeping to ensure accurate financials - we can teach you : )
• Check work of bookkeepers, which includes a lot of multi year cleanup and fixing things that the client did incorrectly
• Enter monthly transactions into QBO, QBD, Xero, Wave, etc.
• Monthly reconciliation
• Invoicing and AR
• AP and paying bills
• Payroll
• Located in Denver metro area. Occasionally will need to meet clients in person at their offices or coffee shops
