The School Employees Retirement System of Ohio (SERS) is seeking a Part-time Member Support Specialist. We are looking for a dependable and friendly person who works well with a team and has effective communication skills. Desired candidate will be calm under pressure with good attention to detail. Seeking a candidate who learns quickly and is adaptable and organized.

***The desired candidate will have call center experience, though it is not a strict requirement. This role is part-time, Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST.***

Required Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED);

• Two to four years related experience and/or training; or

• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
