Essential Duties:

  • Answer incoming and screen telephone calls; take messages/provide information;
  • Maintain visitor check-in system;
  • Coordinate visitor approval with security guard, maintain the welcome board, and greet visitors in a professional manner;
  • Open/distribute incoming mail;
  • Coordinate temporary staffing for theWV facility;
  • Provide administrative support and order supplies as required;
  • Coordinate HR activities with other associates;
  • Prepare documents and communications as needed;
  • Coordinator support;
  • Operation of mailer;
  • Serves as the main point of contact for the Staffing Agencies
  • Assist Recruiters and Business partners with the temp to full-time candidate pipeline
  • Track and report temporary absences, discipline, turnover, and openings
  • Lead Bi-weekly Staffing Agency meetings.
  • Conduct Tours for Temporary Orientations
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures which include IATF, ISO, ISMS, and Safety related policies.

Other Duties:

  • Performance of household duties including 5S;
  • Prompt reporting of any abnormalities to management;
  • Will perform other duties as assigned by management;
  • Overtime and shift changes as required.

Academic Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

High School Diploma or GED required

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Understanding of MS Excel

Ability to handle confidential information

Excellent telephone etiquette

Effective time management

Good understanding of complex business concepts and challenges

Excellent organization and customer service skills

Strong critical thinking skills with attention to detail

Prioritize work to meet deadlines

Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to adapt to changing needs in fast paced office

Ability to cope with conflict and stressful situations

Possess mental faculties consistent with performing at least the minimum essential functions of the job

Physical Requirements:

Ability to see and hear (correctable)

Ability to communicate verbally

Ability to use a computer keyboard

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sissonville, WV: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
