Part Time Cleaner Job at Candor Realty
Simplified Management Inc is part of Candor Realty, a real estate company. Our mission is to help our clients build wealth through real estate over time. We work with new investors, house-hackers, and experienced investors to buy and sell real estate in MA and NH. We help our investors manage their properties. Simplified Management is looking for a Part-time (10-20 hours) Cleaner to help clean our common areas in our NH properties.
Responsibilities
- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Once a month, clean exterior area of buildings
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Somersworth, NH: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (Preferred)
Work Location: One location
