Job Summary
Provide support to two immigration attorneys in immigration-related legal representation for Afghan nationals, with a focus on asylum and SIV.

Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal and country conditions research.
- Organize documents related to ongoing and closed cases.
- Meet with clients to gather information.
- Draft legal documents such as affidavits and immigration forms.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base of immigration related laws, regulations and pending legislation.
- Attend and participate in agency meetings, as appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with volunteers and interns.
- Advocate for immigrant rights through positive relations with other CBOs and government entities.
