Job Overview: Applies paint, wallpaper, or textures to maintain the appearance of all existing walls, doors, ceilings, and other structures and new construction. Performs drywall repairs, taping and sanding.

Job Requirements:

Reflects MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION and EXPERIENCE required in order to meet the expectations of this job:

• Five years commercial painting and taping experience.
• Experience with commercial vinyl wall covering.
• Experience with sheet rock repairs of existing surfaces and taping of newly installed sheetrock.
• Valid Class D driver's license may be required with a good driving record.
• Able to work on ladders or lifts at heights of 20 feet up to 50 feet above grade.
