Primary responsibilities of Painter at Kingston:

• Painting of rooms, hallways, outside walls, and other surface

• Preparing painting surfaces by washing walls, repairing holes, or removing old paint

• Providing decorative and faux finishes as the project requires

• Diagnose and repair problems within his/her capability

• Ensure all work follows facility safety policies and procedures

• Report any and all major problems needing corrected, to the supervisor

Requirements:

• Large scale painting experience

• Experience completing work orders

• Experience maintaining preventative maintenance system

• Knowledgeable on basic task management programs

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly. Must posse finer hand dexterity, visual and aural acuity
