$19/hr-$21.25/hr, 1st, 2nd shift- Anoka, MN

Job Description:

• Candidate will be rotating between paint line loading, paint line unloading, and powder coating.
• They will actually be spraying the powder coat paint on the metal parts, and doing quality inspection to ensure the paint went on smoothly

Job Responsibilities:

• Candidate will be rotating between paint line loading, paint line unloading, and powder coating.
• They will actually be spraying the powder coat paint on the metal parts, and doing quality inspection to ensure the paint went on smoothly
• Candidate needs to be able to work quickly and efficiently.
• Will be consistently lifting up to 50 pounds when they are on their loading and unloading rotations.
• Need to be comfortable wearing a simple face mask while powder coating.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ months experience with painting - ideally powder coat, but will consider any other type of painting
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, putting the metal parts on the racking
• Attention to detail, they will be inspecting the painted parts

Work Environment/Shift:

• Safe, clean environment.
• Can be loud at times.
• Fast paced, can be somewhat physical.
• Work well being self motivated.
