Job Summary:

Pack Production t Leader is responsible for leading floor operation members to work successfully and safely to meet the needs of its customers, both internal and external.
This position is responsible for managing, coordinating and executing to Pack operation part. Manage overall operation groups to ensure accurate, targeted volumes are produced at the right quality and cost

Responsibilities:

• Ensure to maintain a safe and environment compliance working area.
• Monitor safety concerns on the floor and manage the improvement plan and activities to prevent safety issue.
• Manage the incident report, near miss, safety alerts and safety training for new employees or visitors.
• Manage all SPVs and their people in the Pack team (lines supervisors, technicians and production associates)
• Manage Packaging, Rework process, 5S, and coordinator groups.
  Monitor and plan daily staffing status and prepare short staff back up plan.
• Manage overall staffing plan and status for hourly employees of Pack department. (Hiring, Retention, Evaluation, Promotion, and Termination).
• Coach and develop the careers of SPVs, Crew leaders and operators.
• Provide regular and timely feedback on subordinates.
  Manages overall training program of floor operators (Skill matrix, Cross training, Check list for evaluation and certification).
• Make strategies to maintain good morale working environment and implement various activities to improve morale.
• Manage production schedules and duty assignments.
• Manage daily production goal and achievement rate (Yield, Quality).
• Coordinate with ET, EM, PM, Spare part, Vision, Control, Facility team to reduce downtime.
• Manage the quality issues, root cause finding, corrective actions implementation and prevention of reoccurrence.
• Develop the clear R&R of each operator’s level and manage it properly with appropriate management tools (tracking, documentation).
• Ensure to maintain and improve the communications and escalation in operation group.
• Manage the 7Waste and continuous improvement activities on the floor.
• Manage the 5’S auditing, improvement action, 5’S training.
• Understand team leader direction and follow it properly.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership methods: Focused on communication and coaching people.
• Disciplined: Driven by objectives/KPI’s; consistent; and high personal ownership to upholding accountability to established standards and practices.
• B.A. in Engineering, Business Administration or relative management experiences (minimum 4 years)
• 3+ years of experience in complex mechanical assembly, tooling, and manufacturing in a highly automated.
• 3+ years leading/managing multiple processes
• Supervisor’s experience in LGESMI will be plus.
• Ability to maintain accountability and discipline, and achieve results, in a dynamic, growing environment while leading a 24/7 operation.
• Experience with or knowledge of large production lines, floor management
• Able to work flexible hours as needed to support 24/7 operated floor.
