Required: Outside Sales Reps visits customers in Seminole County, surrounding area, and Flagler Beach. Fence Direct Orlando office visits once a week or biweekly.

Job Purpose: The Outside Sales Representative (Estimator) position exists to perform responsible duties for the planning, administration, and management of sales (leads) of fences and related products or services.

Essential Functions of this Job: Contact potential and existing customers via telephone and email to qualify leads and to sell products and services. Collect and research information to identify and resolve problematic situations. Present solutions to fence buyers, including price, credit terms, accurate sales contracts, estimated time of delivery based on agency’s production and delivery schedule. Collect methods of payment and process sale. Represent and promote organization with products and services at in-home product presentations, showrooms, and home shows as required. Complete records of telephone interaction, orders and accounts.

Sales Representative to perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of the practice, methods and tools in fence installation, warehouse work, packaging, delivery, or related trade. Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions. Excellent Outside Sales Skills, Estimator, Communication Skills, Persuasive Skills, Problem Solving Skills. Knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions of the job. Appropriate State of Florida Driver's License. Bilingual/bi-literate preferred.

Education, Experience and/or Certification/License Requirements: Graduation from high school or completion of GED. Proficient in relevant computer applications, call center, good typing skills, knowledge of sales principles and methods, required language skills.

Pay: $66,320.14 - $76,144.45 per year
