Job Overview: Maintains landscape items to include turf, trees, retaining walls, and all plant stock, and cleanliness of the outside property to include sidewalks, parking facilities, landscaped areas, and roadways. Responsible for winter snow removal and traffic control as needed.

Preferred Experience:

• Valid Class D driver’s license may be required with a good driving record.
• Two years experience in outside maintenance and/or landscaping to include experience with small-engine equipment such as a lawn mower or snow blower.
