POSITION TITLE: Outpatient Therapist (Full-Time)
JOB SUMMARY: The Outpatient Therapist evaluates and diagnoses mental health disorders, administers and interprets psychological tests, and provides therapeutic intervention to clients, to the extent his/her level of licensure allows.
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of Masters degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited college or university. Must be licensed or license-eligible in Minnesota as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). Post-degree supervision available for unlicensed candidates. Must be able to be credentialed by third party reimbursement systems. Experience or willingness to work with kids is preferred.
