We are looking to hire a Order Processor to join our awesome team. You'll be working from our office located in Pacoima, CA.
This position offers the following compensation:

We manufacture architectural signage for a variety of clients nationwide.
The Order Processor will take orders from the quote stage through delivery and installation. Such duties include, coordinating with clients and internal departments to ensure a successful order. Reading and understanding floor plans. Meetings with clients and job walks. Ensuring items will be fabricated on time to meet construction deadlines. Communicating effectively between multiple parties, both internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with order documents
- Prepare and monitor schedules and submittal logs
- Analyze requests for change documents and make recommendations to project management team
- Develop efficient work flows ensuring timely completion of tasks
Required skills and experience:
- High School Diploma
- Able to pass background check
- Valid Driver's License
- Previous experience in an office setting
- QuickBooks experience is a plus!
- Complete "Attention to Detail" Assessment at Proficient or higher
- Excel experience
- Professional demeanor and versatile people skills to work effectively with clients via phone and email
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to ensure consistent and timely completion of tasks and projects
- Previous construction experience is a plus!
