At Circle & Square Decor, we create custom family calendars & boards. This isn't a customer-facing position - we're an online only business : ) We need a hard working, dedicated person who is excited to work along side us as we grow. We get multiple jobs done every day, so you will need to be good with your hands and have a quick, but detailed eye.

This is a full-time position and flexible with school schedules.

Saturday hours are available during our busy seasons.

Snacks and lunch are provided every day. Paid break time.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and work with assembly team
• Great teamwork attitude
• Quality check the designs and verify they were correctly done.
• Help with inventory levels
• Read orders and specifications for items and follow specifications
• Frame and box up customized products to be delivered to customers
• Print Shipping Labels and double check orders
• Commit to a shift and arrive on time.
• Keep work station clean and orderly, with tools and materials organized in their proper place at the end of each day.
• Return incorrect and poor quality pieces to be redone on the press.
• Keep any poorly made product from being packaged and shipped without being corrected.
• Hold co-workers accountable to quality and speed requirements.
• Take care of our customers by providing excellent quality and fast service.
• Not be afraid to ask questions if instructions/specifications are not clear.
• During framing - have a good eye for dust and remove from product.

Additional Responsibilities

• Flexible to do other tasks if needed to keep everything running smooth. We're all a team and help each other out in getting things done! Whether that be helping organize supplies, create shipping labels, etc.

Position Qualifications

• Hard worker and flexibility in roles (we are still a growing startup business, so sometimes we'll need to work as a team to answer emails instead of frame, or help organize supplies, etc)
• Be able to read and comprehend English instructions on orders.
• Have good tactile ability with hands and hand eye coordination.
• Have a natural inclination with using computers
• Have great attention to detail, even with repetitive processes.
• Able to follow instructions, both written and verbal.
• Be able to work under deadlines and quotas.
• Be able to work in a team environment or alone.
• You will be on your feet the majority of the day creating calendars - this isn't a boring sit-down at a computer job! :)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Our framing tables keep our small team working 6ft apart most of the day. Since we are a small startup there is usually only 3 to 4 of our team there at once.
