Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical patient care
- Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level
- Supervise staff to which appropriate care is delegated
- Support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care
Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited nursing program
- Minimum 6 months of RN OR experience preferred
- Current RN license to practice in the state of MA
- Current American Heart Association issued BLS certification
