JOB DESCRIPTION:
Under the direction of OR Management, the Operating Room Assistant will assist in setting up and turning over Operating Rooms for procedures, identify needs for supplies and equipment for procedures, maintains par levels and outdates of supplies in the OR rooms, assembles case supplies for each procedure. Duties also require management of instruments, equipment and sterilizing equipment while supporting the Surgical Team.
EDUCATION:
Requires graduation from high school or equivalent with good interpersonal skills
EXPERIENCE:
Prefer previous experience in OR/Hospital setting. On the job training provided.
