Position Title: Operations Support Specialist
M-F 8am-5pm
Overview: The Operations Support Specialist is responsible for performing all tasks and communication related to intake of patient information concerning the service of durable medical equipment and respiratory and supplies. Collaborate with patients, team assistances and clinical staff as it relates to patient services. This position greets in person or via phone and assists customers. Supports Manager of HME, Logistics Supervisor, and HME Technicians day-to-day. Performs accurate data entry, inventory maintenance, routing Patient Service Technicians and minimal deliveries upon Management’s request. Assist with warehouse tasks.

You Have:
- High School diploma or equivalent required. Current FL driver’s license required.
- Home medical equipment experience is preferred.
- Ability to embrace individuals from all walks of life.
