Operations Support Representative Responsibilities and Major Duties:
- Collect, analyzes, and record incoming data including: Chemical quantities, and labor hours.
- Answer incoming calls from field employees and subcontractors.
- Track and improve compliance reporting.
- Tech support via phone
- Maintain dispatch records.
- Respond to field employees via radio
Operations Support Representative Knowledge/Skills/Attitude

- High school Diploma/GED
- Bilingual A+
- Own working computer device
- No MacBook or Chromebook/ Computer must be compatible with Microsoft office 365.
- Knowledge of Microsoft and Google Earth
- High proficiency in Excel
- Data entry experience minimum 2 yrs.
- Customer Service Experience minimum 2 yrs.
- Team player
- Cell Phone that has the capability to download multiple apps.
Operations Support Representative Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a computer desk, using radios, phones and computer.
