Title: Operations Manager of Household Goods
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of over 100 movers through training, guiding, coaching, and mentoring
- Monitor the DOT hours of service and the efficiency of your staff.
- Set performance goals for your team and drive your team to achieving them.
- Monitor and promote safety in your department.
- Develop programs/processes/procedures
- Administer disciplinary action when required
- Participate with hiring process at certain levels
- Adhere to and ensure employees follow company guidelines and handbook
- Ensure we follow government/federal/state guidelines for the movement of household goods
- Interact with customers
- Understand their needs/requirements
- Explain RHM’s process
- Rectify concerns and issues

- Clean drivers abstract

- Background to obtain a military base pass (company paid)
