As part of Axis’ Americas Operations, The Order Management and Fulfillment Team’s mission is to support our internal and external stakeholders, including primarily for this role, Axis Distribution Partners, from order to invoice and beyond – while collaborating with key stakeholders to support strategic initiatives, striving for Operational Excellence.
In this role, the Operations and Receivables Analyst will be responsible for managing relationships with our distribution partner’s accounting departments, monitoring and ensuring collection of receivables related to their orders, as well as managing the process of shipping claims with our three Americas’ Configurations and Logistics Centers (CLCs).
The Operations and Receivables Analyst will work collaboratively with several internal functions to ensure our Distribution Partners receive superior customer service to continue building upon the established partnership. The position will require working cross-functionally with the CLCs, Distribution Operations, Order Management and global counterparts at our HQ in Lund, Sweden.

Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with our distributor’s accounting departments
- Ensure collections for invoices related to our distributor’s orders including managing discrepancies related to quantity and price
- Owner of the shipping claims process – investigating claims, working with our warehouses and quality team, and responding with resolution to our distributors
Essential Skills
- Spanish speaking is preferred
- Superior problem solving and data analytical skills
- Highly organized and can prioritize projects to meet business objectives

- Proactive, resourceful, and flexible
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Must be self-motivated, lead with strong work ethic, capable of taking initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing priorities, and effectively manage deadlines.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and have strong rapport with the management team and colleagues.
Would be nice to have
- 2+ years’ experience in logistics/transportation or operational field
- 2+ years’ experience working in accounting and/or accounts receivable
- General knowledge regarding revenue recognition and shipping incoterms
- Experience working with global teams helpful
