Job Requirements

• 3+ Years of Security Supervisor Experience
• Experience utilizing C-Cure 9000 and Genetec camera systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills
• Self-motivated individual who can be successful in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Excellent analytical skills necessary to demonstrate the ability to solve problems.
• Maintains confidentiality concerning all information and projects.
• Must demonstrate the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
• Values & exhibits the highest level of personal integrity.
• Knowledge of CCTV and access control systems
• Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft office products, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel, are required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of security practices, including emergency response.
• Must have open availability to work. This includes being able to work mornings, evenings, and overnights. Weekends are required.

• Create Master Profiles for all new jobs.
• Implement and refine tour alerts, reports, geofences, and checkpoints within the TrackTik system based on Client or BRC requirements.
• Provide Technical Support to Field Leaders and Ops Specialists while using the application.
• Ensure all alerts being fed into Quiver from TrackTik are actioned accordingly by your team.

• Provide Technical Support to Field Leadership, including training OMs (Operational Managers) and Above
• Create Job Master Files for all new jobs, ensuring proper naming convention, Bill codes by job, setting up posts, aligning with TrackTik primary profile, and completing a final audit once finance reviews
• Ensure that BCC and Field personnel complete the New Job Checklist as needed for all new Walmart Jobs.
• Identify and rectify any API issues during Officer clock-ins
• Provide proper WT Access Control for all BCC personnel.
• Run reports for auditing, including Billable OT (Over Time), Master vs. Contracted hours, and Scheduling Changes Report
• Rollover schedules by region every Tuesday at 1200 EST
• Close out shifts requested by the field with proper reasoning before the wizard run

• Create Profiles for Field Leadership, assigning proper access
• Maintain current Fleet alignment, adjusting vehicles according to Vehicle Telematics Reassignment Form Submissions
• Run weekly Telematics Issues Report and provide direct liaison to MetTel and FTS to ensure proper servicing of identified issues.

• Provide Technical Support to Field Leadership and training to OMs and Above.
• Utilize the Emkay portal to align service support from FTS.

• Align BCC Video Checks with Shifts Nationwide through Target Lists.
• Provide overhead support and direct liaison with Corporate IT to rectify any Samsung Phone Issues, including canning, GPS (Global Positioning Services) Locations, Reporting, Application use, and Video Call capabilities.

• Create Profiles for Field Leadership
• Adjust notification alerts and train RMs (Regional Managers) to add/remove new site alerts

• Reconcile Weekly vs. Contracted Hours report audit with the regional field team
• Adjust Billable OT by the client based on the weekly Billable OT report
• Identify and report sites with issues to regional manager(s) by summarizing RORs executed by ROC (Regional Operations Centers) team

• Site Infraction Alerts submitted by the ROC team
• Remote Overwatch Reports executed by the ROC team
• Video Phone Checks executed by the ROC team
• Clock-Ins executed by the ROC team (Walmart-specific)
• Shift Closures – number of shifts closed by ROC manager per field request
• Phone Checks – number of check-ins executed by the ROC manager to ROC team members during overnight and weekend shifts
• Identify and ensure all sites utilizing TrackTik have proper functioning equipment and NFC tokens assigned (ongoing)
• Weekly Officer Clock-in Accountability – Identify sites with non-compliancy and have the ROC team focus their efforts on those sites with Video Phone Checks and RORs
• Ensure proper naming convention across WinTeam and TrackTik platforms by job (ongoing)
• Maintain fleet alignment between EMKAY and MetTel platforms (done monthly)
