The Role

Are you passionate about the design, construction, and operation of one of the most advanced semiconductor manufacturing facilities in the world?

TSMC is looking for a “Industrial Engineer” to support the company’s profitable growth through capital effective demand fulfillment and catalyzing the company’s optimal business operation by managing capacity and improving process. The mission of this job is to achieve boundary-less corporate business operation through rationalization and integration of business processes.

Job Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Capacity planning and management
• Productivity improvement
• Capital investment evaluation and control
• Fab space layout planning

Qualifications

• A Master Degree in Industrial Engineering field is required
• Good, open communication skills, teamwork spirit and learning attitude.
• 1 year experience in Semiconductor IE/ manufacturing is preferable.
• Fluency in Mandarin speaking, listening, and writing is a plus
