JOB OVERVIEW:


We are looking for a resourceful, highly personable individual who can create relationships. You will be the face of the company and will work to build relationships with our clientele and promote growth across our market.


The Onsite Account Executive is responsible for designing the best customer service and plans that fit each client’s individual needs and budget while ensuring superb customer service.

This position is a perfect career for those who like to have the flexibility to travel in the winter or prefer to work remotely in the winter/spring.


During the summer, you will spend time outside by the lake/dock meeting with lake homeowners interested in our SCUBA lake weed removal services. During the fall, you will be responsible for designing custom holiday light proposals based on each homeowner's specific requests.


You will build and maintain new and existing clients, understand their needs, provide information on our services, and close deals. Additionally, you will work alongside the sales and operations team to help ensure each client is receiving the quality service Waterfront Restoration prides itself on.

You can either work remotely or in the office during the winter months (January-April), providing written bids for the upcoming summer season.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (% breakdown):


  • 60% = Outdoor sales
    • Meet prospects at their home and or lake home and build rapport, create proposals, and present a proposal.
    • During the Fall and early Winter, meet with prospects in person and via zoom to provide consultations on holiday lighting.
    • Support the implementation of sales techniques and strategies.
    • Consistently meet and exceed weekly and quarterly quotas.
  • 20% = Indoor sales
    • Communicate and educate clients about our services over the phone, Zoom, and by email.
    • Create proposals for clients based on your conversations with them.
  • 10% = Project Management
    • Ensure customers' projects are fully managed via updated work order notes, data entry, and protocol development.
    • Serve as point of contact for clients by resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Returning phone calls & emails in a timely manner
  • 10% = Customer relationship management, training staff, and networking
    • Assist the sales and marketing team in maintaining customer retention and satisfaction through calling, emailing, and asking for referrals
    • Participate in team meetings to develop sales, marketing, & service strategies
    • Minimize service challenges through proactive communications with clients.
    • Limited amount of cold calling.
