City Experiences is seeking In-House DJs for its City Cruises Operation in Washington, DC.

About the Opportunity:

The successful In house DJ will personally contribute to the unforgettable guest experience, be favorably viewed by supervisors, peers and be swift and efficient in the execution of their assigned entertainment duties. Performance will be measured by guests and management quality scores.

About You:

This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences’ RESPECT Service System.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• High school degree or equivalency required
• Knowledge of various styles and genres of music
• Knowledge of basic sound system, equipment, and microphone usage
• Articulate and projects well when speaking
• Takes pride in his or her appearance
• Understands what it means to exceeds the guests expectations through entertainment
• Communicate effectively in oral and written form
• Understands what is meant by Wowing our guests
• Teach and lead line dances
• Staying consistent and keeping all mandated scripting fresh
• Keeping to all time lines of entertainment events through out
• Provide information to guests including entertainment options, cruise routes and music suggestions
• Learn and implement all interactive concepts assigned
• Must posses a service and performer orientation-actively looking for ways to entertain guests.
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality essential
