CAMS (Community Association Management Services) is in search of a full-time Assistant Community Manager to assist in the management of an on-site community located in the Lake Wylie area of Charlotte, NC.

The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am- 5:30 pm and the salary is $40,000+ annually; benefits are included.

Responsibilities:

· Assist Community Manager in all aspects of the job

· Provide Administrative support

· Assist with communication with the Board of Directors and committees

· Assist in daily communication with Owners

· Assist Owners with billing and account questions

· Assist Owners with on-site issues and needs

· Assist in making regular updates to community website(s)

· Assist in managing registration system and trades/rentals among owners

· Assist in scheduling weekly housekeeping

· Assist in weekly review of housekeeping completion of every cottage, golf cart, grill, amenity

· Assist in coordinating special cleaning of carpets and upholstery

· Assist in completion of Annual Deep Cleaning of every cottage

· Assist in managing housewares and linen inventory for every cottage

· Assist in ordering housewares, linens, and paper products as needed

· Assist in analysis and problem resolution as needs present

· Provide weekly update on activities, issues, problems, or concerns to Community Manager

· Perform other duties as assigned.
