Per Diem position. On-call as needed. Flexible hours.

We are now accepting applications for per diem positions where staff will be on-call as needed. The on-call employee substitutes for and fulfills the basic duties of the Child Care Counselor. This includes participatory training in everyday living skills and providing corrective parenting and direction for clients. Also includes monitoring the daily program structure and maintaining a therapeutic environment.

On-Call Staff qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related field preferred, or a high school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience working with youth preferred

  • Current clearances required
