ROOT Periodontal and Implant Center has multiple locations throughout the DFW Metroplex. We are currently looking for dynamic individuals who are positive, willing to learn and grow professionally and personally. We are seeking a dependable and experienced front office manager with a proven track record in customer service, day-to-day dental operations, treatment planning and insurance experience. Duties include:
*Collaborate with the doctor and team members
*Inspire and motivate the staff
*Oversee practice systems and processes
*Ensure practice standards for excellent customer service
*Facilitate patient flow and cooperative care
*Maintain human resources protocols
*Contribute to practice outreach efforts

Salary for this position is $40K + depending on experience

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
