Quality Automotive is a high-end auto body collision repair & restoration shop located at 7117 Longview Street in Carthage, Ohio. We are a very small, privately owned business & have no affiliation with the Quality Automotive location listed on the sidebar (it automatically comes up in Indeed). We are in need of an Office Manager who has an interest in working in a small shop in a low-stress & friendly environment among a variety of foreign & domestic cars.
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, personable, trustworthy, & dependable person with a positive attitude who can use their skills to manage the activities of our office. Some automotive experience is desired. Business office experience (including bookkeeping), computer proficiency using Microsoft Office & QuickBooks, a clean MVR, & reliable transportation are all a MUST.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers, answering & responding to telephone calls, making appointments
- Bookkeeping--accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, taxes
- General office duties--e-mail, ordering supplies, photocopying, scanning, mail, filing
- Entering information into estimating database
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or higher; minimum 4 years office experience in the USA
- Effective oral & written communication
- Proficient on computer with experience using Microsoft Outlook & Word, QuickBooks, & Internet; capable of learning auto vehicle estimating program
- Clean motor vehicle record; reliable transportation
