We are seeking a Bilingual Office Manager (Telehealth) who can provide operational leadership in the development and implementation of the employee health and wellness program.
Responsibilities:
- Set and achieve department strategy, goals, and objectives.
- Establish health programs, primarily via telehealth to make them accessible to all employees.
- The program will offer primary and specialty care
- Program to offer a Behavior Health component as well.
- Assist in identifying potential other needed services.
- Work with IT to develop interfaces to easily communicate with employees about the program
- Work with the HR team to develop HR solutions to ease the burden on employees.
- Keep an innovative mind to think outside the box.
- Ensure all staff members are aware of deliverables, policies, and programs
- Responsible for overseeing the Wellness Program for employees
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or public administration or related field, Master's degree preferred
- 3 years of professional experience required; experience in operations management and/or
- Project management experience- especially in employee and/or telehealth

- Salary: $70,000 per year
