Our established dental practice is seeking a top-notch Dental Office Manager. We are a private practice with one General Dentist and one Specialist seeing patients at two locations (South Eugene & near Valley River Mall).
Who we are Looking For:
- A person who is highly organized and works effectively, with exceptional administrative and dental office experience.
- This person must have the ability to communicate clearly with the doctors, patients and staff.
- The ability to communicate effectively with insurance companies regarding patient’s claims, benefit coverages, and eligibility is required
- Effective use of the Open Dental software is essential.
- The ability to follow and carry out instructions
- The ability to work well with others
- The ability to manage staff DAILY , and by helping where needed in support positions.
Our Business days/hours range Monday - Friday from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm. The schedule for this individual will be flexible within these days!
