Guaranteed hours per week: 36 or 48
Call Requirement-n/a
Weekend Requirement: every other weekend
Float Requirement: as needed in skillset
Required Certs-BLS ACLS NIHSS
EMSA Accepted
Float to ICU and MS as needed
4:1 ratio +extender RN, 12 hr shifts, monitor techs, lift coaches and lift equip
Age Group of Patients: Pediatric, Adolescent, Adults, Geriatric
Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: Chest pain, CHF, CAD, stroke,
Spine surgery, respitory issues, ICU stepdown, VATS
Any special procedure done on the unit? PICC inserion,
thoracentesis, Lexi-scan, MRI monitoring
Common Equipment: telemetry, alaris pumps, scd,
chest tubes, wound vacs, specialty beds
Drips: Amiodarone and diltiazem
Float to ICU and MS as needed
