We are currently seeking a Mortgage Planner to join our team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide client support to producing Loan Officers.
- Handle the coordination on transactions, communication with clients, managing documentation, and lead follow up.
- 50% of the time will be dedicated to loan related tasks including product research, deal structuring, pricing, documentation follow up and pre-processing review.
- 25% of the time will be dedicated to pipeline management including interactions with appraisal department, processing, underwriting, closing, client and referral sources.
- 25% of the time will be dedicated to following up on existing leads to determine status on home searches for prospective home buyers and refinance seekers.
- Managing existing leads and inquiries.
Minimum of 2 years of processing/origination experience, including FHA & VA.- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Outstanding service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite is a MUST!
- NMLS License Required
- Knowledge of Encompass is a plus.
