Concepts in Millwork, Inc. is currently seeking skilled Millworkers/Bench Carpenters to join our team!

Qualified candidates must have experience with high-end custom millwork and have an innate passion for their work product.
Responsibilities:
- Applies plastic laminate to flat and radius vertical surfaces without bubbling.
- Creates jigs for different applications, including routing reveals, arcs, radiuses, wall plates, and wood profiles.
- Fabricates solid surface materials (i.e. Corian).
- Preps and sands solid woods and veneers using pneumatic sanders as well as hand sanding.
- Verifies drawing measurements and part dimensions prior to assembling projects.
Key Qualifications and skills:
- Previous experience or knowledge of Millwork/Casework, required.
- Ability to read and comprehend shop drawings and/or blueprints.
- Skilled in the use of shop machinery and tools (table saw, shaper, miter saw, planer, jointer, router, drills, etc.)
- Working knowledge of elevations, plan views, and detail (section cuts) and their respected relationship to the completion of project requirements.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to execute tasks precisely, independently, and without deviation.
- Resourceful and analytical problem solver.
