  • Must be able to willing to undergo the state's cannabis guidelines and obtain an Arizona Facility Agent Card
  • Age 21+: For most roles except those roles dealing exclusively with hemp, GIGS workers are required to be 21+ years of age
  • Must be a resident of Arizona
  • Per state regulations, GIGS workers are required to obtain the necessary credentials for working in a plant-touching role

Work Environment:

  • Positions may be indoor, outdoor, or both
  • Flexible hours and a wide selection of plant-touching and retail-facing roles

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time in extremely high heat and humidity
  • Manual hand dexterity
  • Must be comfortable working outdoors (where applicable)
