We’re looking for a Merchandising Manager to join our team! The Merchandising Manager is responsible for the coordinated operation of assigned merchandising functions for all GSNI retail locations.

Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours per week) with flexibility Salary: $35,568 - 37,500/year, Exempt

We’re looking for dedicated individuals who:

  • Are excited to be actively involved in giving girls the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values to become leaders in their own lives and their communities.


Interested? Responsibilities would include:

  • Purchasing from vendors for retail stores, mobile events, camps, and other activities, with the knowledge of GSUSA branding requirements, and oversees the processing of vendor invoices
  • Oversees store displays, re-merchandising, and promotions and provides instructions to the Resource/Retail Specialists for completing same

  • Inventory management with monitoring and controlling of stock levels and sku numbers
  • Guides and provides instruction to Resource, Retail, and Online Retail Specialists about merchandising and inventory


Are these skills and experiences you could share with our team?

  • Exceptional organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be creative and detail oriented. Ability to manage multiple projects and plan and prioritize workload

  • Demonstrates personal flexibility
  • Computer skills including word processing, Excel spreadsheets, Outlook

  • Ability to work a minimum of 37.5 hours per week; frequent weekends and evenings. Day travel to other council sites is required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 3-5 years of relevant sales, merchandising, or retail planning experience preferred
