Clinic Description
Ellie Mental Health of Plano is a growing mental health and wellness agency providing individual, family, and group therapy in Plano, Texas and the surrounding communities. We are interested in adding full or part time fully licensed therapists to our team. We have a special interest in serving adolescents, families, LGBTQIA, At risk Teens and veterans. We pride ourselves on being innovative and creative. We have b eautiful offices and provide training in home biofeedback devices and EFT and provide 12 hours of CEUs annually. We believe that continual support and education result in happy therapists which in turn leads to happy well supported clients. Our Clinic Director is on site and available to assist with your questions and peer support with cases is always encouraged. Our goal is that you love coming to work. We are excited to hire 4 therapists, at this time.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
• Utilize creativity and innovative thinking in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings (compensated)
• Other stuff we probably forgot to add but just as meaningful and important to your role ;)

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and licensure in their designated field (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, BCBA, PsyD, PhD)
• Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes
• Required experience with children, adolescents and teens
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
• Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Preferred that candidates have a fully licensed mental health professional with a valid state of TX License.
• Preferred experience with families.
• Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources and working will be willing to some community outreach.

• Up to 15 days PTO
  • Additionally - You will receive the following paid holidays, at 5 hours each: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and 1 day the week of your birthday.
• You will receive 12 hours of paid CEU (continuing education) hours
• 401 K offered after 6months FT status.
• Compensation for required meetings and engagements.

Salary

• Base Salary PLUS + Commissions.
• Salary negotiated to FT rate at 20 clients weekly.
